Adventures in the DC Universe was published from April 1997 until October 1998, a total of 19 issues and one Annual. Continuity was taken from the Batman and Superman animated series and did not take place in the main DC Universe. The series focuses on a rotating cast of heroes and many of the animated characters that later appeared in Justice League and Justice League Unlimited made their first appearances here.
